Home Owner Associations

Neighbors in a Homeowners Association find themselves in conflict over many different issues.

Sometimes it's neighborhood issues, barking dogs, parked cars, landscaping.  At other times it can be architectural control committee issues.  From time to time it has even been how the volunteer HOA board gets along among themselves and actually accomplishes the tasks on the agenda.  Or the hand-off from the developer/builder to the residents has gotten difficult and is creating conflict.

Generally, HOA boards are volunteers, they don't have the skill sets, the time or the energy to fight through a board meeting after an already long day at work.  They care about their community and they want what is best for the Association - but what happens when they don't agree upon "what is best", or there is a "problem" resident.

We drop in, assist and are out again.  Give us a call and we'll explain how what CMC has to offer makes your community a much more collaborative place to live.
